Lehigh Valley Business Machines has several service options available for the demands of your business. Our skilled technicians are factory trained on the brands that we sell. Whether it's an IBM selectric
typewriter or the latest HP color laserjet printer, our technicians have
the expertise to repair it. It is our goal to keep your office equipment in peek operating condition, which in turn, limits downtime and increases the longevity of your valuable equipment. We offer two service contracts that will give you the peace of mind that your equipment will perform when you need it to. Contracts: Plan "A" - includes the following
Plan "B" - offers the same excellent service as Plan "A", however, parts are not included and will be invoiced separately upon customers approval. * Our service contracts can be customized to fit your individual office needs. If you have equipment located in a high usage location, or is in an environment such as a warehouse or manufacturing facility, we can add additional preventative maintenance cleanings. We also offer discounts for placing multiple machines under contract. We're also available "On Call". Simply call us as you need us. All service calls and parts are invoiced on an "as needed" basis. Discounted labor rates apply for "Shop Service". Just drop your equipment off at our location and a qualified shop technician will evaluate your machine and prepare a service estimate (for larger equipment please call prior to drop-off to insure that a technician is available).
